At Kyeora, we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

  • You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In their original packaging

    • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at support@kyeora.com or WhatsApp/call us at +91 97279 92029 with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images or video of the defective product

    • A brief description of the issue

  2. Our team will review your request and approve it if it meets the criteria.

  3. Once approved, you may be asked to send the product back or it will be picked up depending on your location.

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed on the same day.

  • The refund amount will be credited to your Kyeora wallet, which you can use for any future purchase.

  • No cash or bank refunds will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Products that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by transit or manufacturing
